enabling graphing...

G'day all,
I am trying to get graphing to work...after installing argus without GD 
support...

I have followed the advice given to a previous user with the same 
problem but to no avail.
(./COnfigure --upgrtade; restart argusd; restart apache)

I have data that seems to reflect my config in $datadir/gdata
but nothing in gcache, and there does not seem to be any graphs 
appearing where they are configured.

Is there anyhting I should look for that would helkp debug what the 
problem is?
