I am setting up a new argus server to work in tandom with my existing one.
on one ethernet interface, i have 208.184.166.6.  on the other, the main ip
is 66.219.64.2

in my 000_defins, i have: srcaddr:        66.219.64.2

while working out firewall rules, i noticed UDP/DNS queries from
208.184.166.6.

this logic is documented by argus.tcp4me.com/config-details.html; srcaddr is
used in TCP...  Why is it not also used in UDP ?
