[UDP/RADIUS probe]

Hello,

Until freeradius 1.1.4, we were able to monitor successfully radius server status using the argus UDP/RADIUS probe. But since release 1.1.5, things has changed, this new release has the following "feature" :

* Require Message-Authenticator in Status-Server packets.

Then UDP/RADIUS probe is no more able to get response from radius server, since the secret is not being sent in the request.

Would that be possible to add a new option under the UDP/RADIUS probe, that would be secret: foobar ?
