Died at /usr/local/lib/argus/web_misc.pl line 83.

 	Hello All ,  Here is the Error Log from httpd .  Starts just prior to 
the first use of ERROR: in the /var/log/httpd/error_log .

 	Hope this helps someone help me figure this out ,  Cause it uisn't 
obvious to me .
