  • Consulting company - Designed and built reference implementation of a Traffic Capture and Analysis product for use in national infrastructure protection.
  • Suburban Private School - Analyzed network and firewall, provided recommendations for improving security.

1999 - 2001    NetReach Inc.
Chief Technology Officer
NetReach was a provider of Internet solutions focusing on advanced web development, e-commerce, and mission-critical hosting.

  • Managed team of network operations and system administration staff.
  • Trained other employees in cisco IOS, UNIX, TCP/IP, routing, and programming.
  • Designed and built large regional T1/T3/SMDS/ATM/FR cisco-based network.
  • Designed and built numerous large 10/100/1000 ethernet based LANs.

  • Started one of the first Philadelphia area ISPs.
  • Designed and built regional ISP from scratch -- offering dialup, ISDN, DSL, Frame Relay, leased-line connectivity and web-hosting on a Sun/Cisco/Lucent infrastructure.
  • Responsible for all engineering, architecture, day-to-day operation and security of TCP/IP network and UNIX servers.
  • Designed and deployed OSPF/BGP routing across network.
  • Built and administrated large number of Sun/Solaris/Linux/UNIX servers.
