talk to argus by phone

recent development versions of argus include an
'argusvxml'. (look in the 'built' directory)

if you install this in your web server cgi directory
(in the same manner as you installed 'arguscgi'), you
can point a VXML "browser" at the appropriate URL and
navigate argus by phone.


this requires having access to VXML-2.0
capable telephony platform of some sort.

if your VXML platform is capable of generating outbound
calls, you can get spoken notifications by phone.

you may also want to look at setting the parameters:
	vxml_long_name
	vxml_short_name
	vxml_descr
